These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by HVAC Chicago Pro (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your access to our website at www.hvacchicagopro.com. By scheduling or receiving services, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

HVAC Chicago Pro provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, sewer, and electrical services to residential and commercial customers in the Chicago, IL metropolitan area.

  • Services are provided by licensed, insured, and background-checked technicians.
  • We reserve the right to decline service to any customer or property at our discretion.
  • Service scope, pricing, and timeline will be communicated before work begins.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointment windows are estimates. We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window.
  • Customers must provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area.
  • If access is unavailable at the time of appointment, a service call fee may apply.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather emergencies or technician availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are provided upfront before work begins. No hidden fees.
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and financing through approved partners.
  • Late payments beyond 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.

4. Permits & Code Compliance

Where required by local ordinance, we will obtain necessary permits for installation work. Permit fees are charged at cost. Work is performed in compliance with applicable Illinois and City of Chicago mechanical, plumbing, and electrical codes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain safe access to equipment and work areas.
  • Disclose any known hazards (asbestos, mold, gas leaks, structural issues) prior to service.
  • Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the service visit.
  • Follow recommended maintenance schedules to preserve warranty coverage.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Chicago Pro’s liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.hvacchicagopro.com, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of HVAC Chicago Pro and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
