We love referrals! When you recommend HVAC Chicago Pro to a friend, neighbor, or colleague, both of you benefit. This policy explains how our referral program works.

1. How It Works

Our referral program is simple: when someone you refer completes a qualifying service with us, you earn a referral reward — and so does the person you referred.

  • Referring Customer Reward: $60 credit toward your next service or invoice.
  • New Customer Reward: 6% off their first completed service (up to $199 value).
  • No limit on how many people you can refer.

2. Qualifying Services

Referral rewards are issued when the referred customer completes any of the following services:

  • HVAC system installation (furnace, air conditioner, heat pump, mini-split).
  • Emergency HVAC repair service.
  • Annual maintenance plan enrollment.
  • Plumbing, sewer, or electrical service with a minimum invoice value of $299.

One-time diagnostic or inspection-only visits do not qualify.

3. How to Refer

  • Ask your referred contact to mention your name when they book online at www.hvacchicagopro.com.
  • Alternatively, email us at info@hvacchicagopro.com with the referred person’s name and contact information.
  • Referrals must be registered before or at the time the referred customer’s first service is performed.

4. Reward Issuance

  • Rewards are issued within 14 days of the referred customer’s qualifying service being completed and paid.
  • Credits are applied to your account and may be used on any future invoice.
  • Credits do not expire for 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Conditions & Limitations

  • The referred customer must be a new customer (no prior services with HVAC Chicago Pro in the last 6 months).
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • Referral rewards cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless expressly stated.
  • HVAC Chicago Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with 30 days’ notice.
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of all rewards and potential account suspension.

6. Business Referrals

If you manage a property, business, or building and regularly refer tenants or clients to us, ask about our Commercial Partner Program for enhanced rewards and priority scheduling.
