1. Workmanship Guarantee

All labor and installation services performed by our certified technicians are covered by our workmanship guarantee. We guarantee that our work will be completed to the highest industry standards and in compliance with applicable local codes.

  • Duration: 1 year from the date of service for all standard repair and installation work.
  • Coverage: Any defect in the quality of work performed by our technicians will be corrected at no additional labor charge.

2. Parts & Equipment Guarantee

All replacement parts and equipment installed by our technicians carry manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in filing warranty claims and, where applicable, provide supplemental coverage.

  • OEM Parts: Covered by the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–10 years depending on brand and part type).
  • Third-Party Parts: Minimum 90-day parts guarantee provided by HVAC Chicago Pro.
  • New HVAC Systems: Full manufacturer warranty plus our 1-year installation workmanship guarantee.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are not satisfied until you are. If you are unhappy with any service we provide, contact us within 30 days and we will return to inspect and remedy the issue at no cost to you.

  • Call us within 30 days of service completion.
  • We will dispatch a technician to assess the concern within 2 business days.
  • If the issue is related to our workmanship, it will be corrected at no additional charge.

4. Emergency Service Guarantee

When you call us for emergency HVAC service, we guarantee:

  • Response within 2 hours for emergency calls in the greater Chicago area.
  • Upfront, honest pricing before any work begins; no surprise fees.
  • A licensed, background-checked technician for every visit.

5. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications after service.
  • Normal wear and tear on aging equipment.
  • Issues arising from failure to schedule recommended maintenance.
  • Problems caused by extreme weather events, acts of God, or power surges.
  • Work performed by third parties after our service visit.

6. How to Make a Guarantee Claim

To make a claim under this guarantee:

  • Provide your name, service address, and date of original service.
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing.
  • We will schedule a follow-up visit within 2 business days.
